Most quotes die from silence, not price. Fill in the job details once and
get three ready-to-send follow-up messages — same-day thank-you, 3-day
check-in, and 7-day nudge — plus a post-job review request. Everything
runs in your browser; nothing is sent anywhere.
The job
One entry builds all four messages. Character counts are shown
so you know what fits in a text message.
Your messages
Copy, paste into text or email, and send on the schedule shown.
Quotes below are good for 30 days from today.
Follow-up rules that close jobs
Send message 1 the same day — ideally within hours of the visit, while the job is fresh in their mind.
Text beats email for follow-ups. Keep it to one screen; if it needs scrolling, shorten it.
Personalize one line. Reference something from the visit ("the basement access you showed me") — templates close better with one human detail.
Don't discount in the nudge. Urgency comes from your schedule filling up, not from cutting price — discounting trains customers to wait.
Ask for the review right after the job, not weeks later. Same-day asks get answered; month-old asks get forgotten.
Stop after the 7-day nudge unless they reply. A fourth unanswered message reads as pressure, not persistence.
